Production takes place in our dedicated facilities in Croatia. Processes such as laser cutting, spot welding, coating application, and heating element assembly are under constant supervision. Each IR panel goes through the hands of experts, which prevents errors of mass automated production.
Each IR panel is electrically tested before packaging. We check insulation, responsiveness, even heat distribution, and mechanical joints. An IR panel that does not meet our standards does not leave the workshop.

For each type of heating, we choose the most efficient technology. Most of our IR panels use heating wire made of Ni-Cr alloy from a German manufacturer. Models ONE K and TAG are based on carbon fibers, industrial SUN F on an aluminum lamella with silicate treatment, and the VARMA series on a high-temperature bulb.
We use different approaches to direct heat into the room. Models ONE, TAG, ART, TABLE, and ONE K are insulated with natural rock wool. For the VARMA series, we use a highly efficient reflective aluminum backing, and for the MIRROR model, special mineral insulation.
Our casings are free of plastic parts and ensure a long lifespan. We use thickened galvanized sheet metal with quality welded joints (ONE, ART, TABLE series), safety tempered glass (TAG, MIRROR), or steel sheet metal (SUN F, DESIGN).
ONE IDEAL models are protected with a Tiger coating for maximum resistance. The surfaces of the panels (excluding glass and bulbs) have a specific microstructure with high emissivity, which enables optimal radiant heat transfer.

In 2011, we moved to a larger apartment where we pay rent. Heating was provided by central heating. During the entire heating season, we spent approximately 1200 euros on heating, even though we had the radiators closed in the mornings. In the coldest months, heating cost 330 euros per month. Since the cost seemed enormous to us, especially as we still had to be careful with consumption, we decided to change the heating system.
