The most interesting fact is that the residents pay almost nothing for their electricity consumption. All residents enjoy completely free heating, and at the same time, the solar power plant generates enough electricity to cover most of their entire household consumption as well. The installed capacity of the solar power plant is 95 kW, with an annual production of around 110,000 kWh. For the investor, this was the most rational, sustainable, and ecologically oriented investment, as the lifespan of both the Ekosen IR heating and the solar power plant exceeds 30 years. The residents benefit from high savings and low living costs, as they pay nothing for electricity consumption.
