The customer was deciding between pellets and IR panels. The installation of the panels alone was 200% cheaper for them, because for pellets they would have had to buy a stove, radiators, a new chimney, and the work would have lasted for days, whereas the panels were installed and operational in a single day. The customer is EXTREMELY SATISFIED; their highest consumption was in January 2024, amounting to 535 kWh.
